This Hyatt Place hotel is in the Seaport District of Boston, Massachusetts. Proximate to downtown Boston with expansive water access and views, Seaport is the epicenter of new development and growth in the City with numerous innovative and large corporations relocating to the area. CSL served as the Owner’s Project Representative on the construction of the 12-story, 294-room limited-service hotel with a 6,700 SF retail space. Hotel amenities included a pool, fitness center, meeting rooms, and bar/lounge area. CSL’s involvement ensured the successful completion of this major hotel renovation project in the heart of Boston’s thriving Seaport District, contributing to the area’s ongoing development and growth.
