CSL provided Owner’s Advisor services to the University of Massachusetts Building Authority in support of a student housing and dining hall project on the University of Massachusetts (UMASS) Dartmouth Campus. The new build project consisted of two new 267,000 square foot (total) residential buildings, providing 1,208 beds, and a 37,800 square foot, 800-seat dining hall, which included a convenience store and retail space.
